Snack Mix

I went to Walmart this evening and got some things for our first batch of snack mix.  If you are interested in helping us keep our snack bucket stocked, these are some items I suggest.  

Great First Day

We began the day reading First Day Jitters.  Afterwards, we washed our "first day" butterflies away with some yummy JITTER JUICE.  

They had a chance to create their own recipes for a Jitter Juice.  Too cute!!!!!

GRAB a Bone!

My WISHLIST still has lots of items on it.  Feel free to come by tomorrow or Monday morning to  grab a bone or two!!!  Thank you for your support!

Orientation at Ben Davis

I'm so glad I got the chance to meet so many of you tonight.  Thank you so much for coming.

Welcome 2013-2014 Coondogs!

I'm so excited that this school year is finally here!  I've enjoyed painting, decorating, planning, and preparing for this marvelous group of students!  It's going to be a dog-gone good year!

We celebrated the end of our balancing and weighing unit with the game JENGA! It was fun!!

We used Lucky Charms to work on collecting and recording data.

Beauty and the Beast

The boys and girls traveled to the Princess Theater Friday to watch Leon Sheffield's Musical of Beauty and the Beast!



It was fabulous! Mrs. Knox is amazing!

I strongly suggest your child trying out next year for the musical. Both of my boys had the time of their lives! There were so many memories made! They will always cherish them.

Balancing and Weighing

Thanks to Mrs. Batcheldor, our Spanish teacher, we have a mini science lab to visit on Mondays and Tuesdays.
