Pancakes, Pajamas, and Polar Express

We had a fabulous time celebrating Christmas on the last day of school before our break! We had some good help! Look at these professional pancake makers!

It was all going good until we starting blowing some fuses. We had to set up in my room so we could use a different outlet!
It was yummy!

After breakfast, we started decorating our gingerbread houses!

Look at one of my Christmas presents. Thank you all for the awesome presents! You guys are way too generous!!

After lots of sugar, our help got a little cuckoo!!

After a wild morning, we headed down to the gym for some singing!

It was a great day! Thank you parents, aunts, and sisters for sending in items, cooking, serving, and supervising! Most of all, thanks for your support! You are a fun group of people to work with!

Rick and Bubba

Our family spent the morning sitting in the studio of Rick and Bubba this morning. When we got there, we waited outside the window until Greg Burgess, Rick's brother, came and escorted us inside.

The boys were so excited to finally meet Rick and Bubba. We listen to them every morning on our way to Julian Harris. We brought them a chocolate pie from Big Bob's.

Here they are in action! Rick, Speedy, and Bubba!

Break time! They were so nice during their breaks. They would come over and visit with us.

The boys in their "golden ticket" seats! They were comfy theater seats!

We also got to meet and hear the group New Song! They were very entertaining!

My Buddies Completed Their Marathon

This weekend David and I volunteered at the Rocket City Marathon in Huntsville. We had several buddies that ran it because Memphis filled up so quickly. The best part of running a marathon is the yummy food afterwards. This is my buddies Brad and Barbara Stepp and Patrick Rasco.

Patrick is in the red and Reese is in the blue. They are at mile 5.

It was nice to volunteer and not run this weekend!!!!

My "Little" Star

Last Thursday night, Patton performed at the Carnegie Hall with the Apollo Strings. After 3rd grade, Patton continued his violin lessons with Mr. Frank at Cedar Ridge Middle School every Monday night.
However, he switched from the violin to the cello. It is bigger than him!

He had a blast! It was fun!

Good Job, Patton!
