Christmas Around the World

This week the children are spending a lot of time researching how other countries celebrate Christmas.

We hope to copy some of these traditions next week. Anyone want to help?

Where do we live?

We read this precious book...

We talked about where we live: street, town, state, country, continent, planet!

Measurement

We read this precious book about measuring a little girl's Boston Terrier with standard and nonstandard units. We copied the book and measured our animals.

One group measured, Pixie, our hedgehog.

One group measured my Boston Terrier, Lulu.

The last group measured our school's new iguana, Einstein.
