7 Habits Lesson

Today, Mrs. Olinger did a 7 Habits lesson with my kids. She was modeling for a group of teachers from Madison County. They were wonderful, and I think they enjoyed it!!!

Deep into Test Prep

Today, we worked on 4 math content standards (number sense, basic addition and subtraction, 2 & 3 digitsby one digit multiplication, and division). We practiced how to answer an open-ended question. We did 3 together, and 1 independently.

Mr. Gallon Man

We made a Mr. Gallon Man to help us better understand capacity. We used him to help us answer some riddles. This visual really helped some of them!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

We celebrated St. Patrick's Day today which is on Saturday this year. The boys and girls wore green to school, and our wonderful mothers provided us a yummy GREEN snack!
