Your child will be taking his/her first spelling test on Wednesday. This list is in your child's BEE Book. Also on Wednesday, your child will be taking a reading assessment on our first story, Rugby and Rosie. I sent home reading books tonight and will do the same tomorrow. Please reread this story with your child and discuss it. While reading, your child needs to review the VOCABULARY words. He/She has these words defined in his/her BEE Book behind the "reading" tab. He/She will be responsible for knowing what these words mean. The children will also have a small quiz in language on nouns: common and proper. Make sure your child remembers the difference between the two. Study! Study! Study!

Colton and I are looking at this together! He is coming home and reminding me "go look online" because he wants to see the pictures. Thanks for letting the parents "see" the classroom!
