Today, the boys and girls got to meet the wonderful Mr. Frank! He is awesome!!! Every year he amazes me with what he can do with a class in just 10 lessons!!
He presented each child with a box violin today! He told the students that they will use these box violins until they can prove to him that they can handle a real violin.
Using the box violin, he showed the boys and girls the parts of the violin and how to hold it!
They had a blast following some silly directions. He wanted to make sure they were listening.
The students had a great first lesson! Their lessons will be every Tuesday and Wednesday at 12:55-1:45.

On a special note, Mr. Frank's 6 week old son is in the hospital with RSV and pneumonia. He has been in the hospital since Sunday. Please pray for this precious baby and Mr. Frank! We could not believe he came to teach our children today when his baby is in the hospital.
