We began our unit on Chemical Testing this morning in the cafeteria.
The boys and girls were presented with 5 unknown powders . First they used their senses to observe the powders (physical properties).
Then, we performed the water test and the water mixture test to observe the powders' chemical properties.
As the children performed these tests, they were instructed to take good notes as they made observations.
Tomorrow we will meet again to perform 3 more tests!
