This afternoon, we worked on comprehension. I partnered the boys and girls based on reading levels to read a book about Jane Adams. 
Their instructions were to read the book together and then discuss it.
After they finished the book, they were instructed to write 4 facts that they learned about Jane Adams.
Not only did they list their facts, they had to illustrate them, too.
I can't wait to see what they have to share with me tomorrow. We worked on this until the bell rang today.
